Candidates MUST have 5-8 years of construction related experience, must be able to travel to project locations when and where they are needed and have strong supervisory skills. **The current project we are hiring for is just outside of Aberdeen, SD in Ipswich, SD.**

A Project Manager works in many areas of the development of a construction project and is responsible for overseeing a project from start to finish. Their duties include hiring subcontractors, negotiating contracts and obtaining all necessary permits. They are responsible for controlling the time, cost and quality of projects and also work with the architects who designed the building.
Maintain control of the budget, timelines and quality of project
Estimate and submit bids for new job opportunities
Submit pay requests for current projects
On site coordination
Management of day to day necessities of the project
Jobsite Safety Management
Scheduling/Hiring of Sub-contractors
Work towards the project timeline goals
Be able to lift 50 lbs at times
Work on feet for long periods of time
Work on uneven terrain
Be able to operate vehicle and other machinery at jobsite depending on project
Travel required depending on location of jobsite
Strong supervisory skills
Office work required with extensive computer work (Microsoft Project, Bluebeam Revu, Excel, etc.)
Maintain proper hygiene for a professional role
Must be able to self-motivate
Background check required
Driver License required with Motor Vehicle record check required at time of hire and annually
Drug Screening may be required and can be done periodically
Extensive experience with computers
5-8 years of construction related experience
High school diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required)
